Boy, it's been a while since I posted here, but an inquiry hit me that I just had to ask here. So, how many here are planning to watch the Farscape miniseries with other 'Scapers? Are there thoughts of parties?

well, it depends on whether i'll be home or not. i dont have cable at college, so if it premieres when i'm at college, i'll have to get my parents to tape it and send me the tape by mail. if i am home, i'll watch it alone cause...well i don't have scaper friends. but since i have a tv in my room, i'll be watching with a lot of people here and have a running commentary!

Depending on when it is exactly, I'll try and see if I can get some college friends who are Scapers (like all of two of them) back to my place (I live like 40 minutes away from my parent's place) and watch it on the Big Screen Widescreen TV.
Hell it'll be a party even if I'm the only one there.
Wow that sounded lame.

I'll be watching it with my grandmother who lives with me and enjoys Farscape, and my mom who got into it when I convinced her that it's just as good as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, if she can make it down here. Other than that... you guys are my Scaper friends, so no one else.

I'm going to watch it with my boyfriend and my best friend. (And the cats. And the rats. Do pets count? That would make enough for a party)
Hmmmmm....
*breaks out the little tiny party hats*

if it's on a weekend, like, friday and saturday, then i might drive down friday afternoon with my boyfriend and stay home over the weekend to watch it...but if it's a 3 parter, then i won't be able to see the rest of it on sunday and that would really suck...so nevermind.
Theres only me whos a real scaper around here, but I got time to scape certain peeps so there should be 3 of us by then :D

It's a two-parter, AS... that much has been about 99% confirmed. :aok:

Which time? I am sure I will watch it with other scapers at least once :) Maybe we could have a big party somewhere.
Texas scapers up for it? It will depend on when they air the thing of course...

Oh, I didn't even answer my own inquiry.... As for me, it's surely going to be just me -- alone. Sadly, my family thinks anything Sci Fi is...well, not worth the bother. Silly.

Wasn't it DK who mentioned that one of the things that hurt Farscape's ratings was that a lot of friends got together to watch in groups each week? It may not have been DK, but I know this was discussed by someone in a position to offer an educated opinion on the subject.
