i bought my boyfriend cologne for his birthday, but i don't know if i can send it through the mail or not. it'll be in a box with a few other things, but i just don't want it to explode, but i don't know what explodes in the mail or anything.
anyone know if its safe to send cologne through the mail?

Just pack it well in bubble wrap or something similar and it should be fine.

I'm not sure. It's a fairly large city in Germany!
I've ordered plenty of perfume via mail and it's never once exploded. I mean, unless your mail carrier also wields a flame thrower... or your boyfriend likes nitro-based cologne, I think you're safe.

I would not send anything that is in a spray can AS, as those are pressurized. If it's just the pour and pat on variety it's okay to send via air mail.
I always put that kind of item into a zip lock bag after I’ve wrapped it and then bubble wrap it just in case the Post Office get's the notion to drop or punt kick the parcel for some reason. It is not at all nice to receive a gift that has had perfume, cologne or other liquid permeate the entire package because it broke.
Make sure you insure it as the current track record for the PO is pitiful in my recent experience.
