okay, even if you don't like Linkin Park, whatever you think of their music, you should watch the new video. it's done anime style and it's amazing. and its not like crappy sailor moon anime, it reminds me of all the graphic novels i've looked at.
this is where it is, and so far it's the only place i've found that lets you choose between 56k and dsl, cause i wouldnt want anyone's computer to have to endure streaming video if they couldn't handle it.
http://www.mtv.com/music/video/premiere/linkinpark/ just click on linkin park.
edit...actually that doesn't stream so well for me and i'm on dsl.

click on multimedia, then audio/video, then streaming video, then breaking the habit. that streams fine for me.

i've been impressed with all their videos. they know what they like and a lot of them have had a freaky cgi morph to them. and this one is really nice cause they actually know what they're doing and their DJ/video director is a big anime fan and went to tokyo to work on the video with an animation studio.

Mr. Hahn rules.
I saw the video and the behind the scenes on MTV|2 on Monday afternoon - it was awesome, and I really like the way Linkin Park does their videos :D

Not only do I love their videos but I'm a diehard fan of their music. They come in number two with my favorite bands and my own band has gotten really good at doing their songs. "Crawlin'", "In The End", "Pushing Me Away", "Numb", "Somewhere I Belong", and my personal favorite, ironically, "Breaking The Habit"... I can do the Chester scream for all of them.

I saw them in concert too. I spoke with Chester for a few moments backstage and tried out my singing with him. It was very tremendously happiness-making for me.

i saw them this past january and they were with story of the year, hoobastank, and POD. all the opening acts were brilliant...i think story of the year did well for a new band, but they need to work on their on stage personality. the lead singer should reduce his use of the F word by about 80% cause it gets annoying. its hard to take him seriously when he says "are you f-------s going to f------n sing the f---k along?!" its like.."dude, chill out."

Some great stuff there! Not just the vid, but Linkin Park in general.
Have you guys seen the Farscape vids that have been done to Linkin Park? Numb, Don't Stay, In the End, Somewhere I Belong, Nobody's Listening... There may be more.

There are more, and for the most part they're very good. They have a great music-video-personality with cult shows, just like Evanescence, and Hoobastank, and sometimes Nirvana, and a lot of other bands that I love, but a lot of people would argue "are just mimic bands" and whatnot.
Story of the Year is good I agree, but they have too much of a punk stage attitude for my liking, yeah. I have an autographed poster from Chester and Mike, and Mr. Hahn, and in the background there's a few other bands, including Hoobastank and Story of the Year.
