Have you got any image editing programs on your computer? If not you can use MS Paint:

1) On the Image menu, click Attributes.

2) Under Units, click the unit of measurement you want to use for the width and height.

3) Type the measurements in Width and Height.

Or you can also resize your picture by dragging the image resize handles, located at the lower-right corner and along the bottom and right sides of your picture.

Try Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/). Great tool for simple editing like cropping and resizing.
