Surely you are not suggestng that all elderly people will have both firm breasts and large erections regardless of gender? Because that is like nightmare time for me.

That is funny. And sad at the same time. Maybe Ted Williams' head can be thawed out in the future so it can be grafted onto a priapic body with perky breasts so he can lose his mind.

I don't remeber the exact phrasing or whitch book it is from, but in on of terry Pratchett's Discworld novels he talks about how a wizard could us magic to summon beautiful naked girls to his room, but since the spell is so complicated he would be so old that after the summoning he would have forgoten what came next.
