Nagging question from Bad Timing, PK mini

OK, when Aeryn and John are in the boat, and she tells him about the baby, listen carefully:

"The child is yours, John."

She did NOT say John was the daddy. She only said "the child is yours".

Aeryn looks at John as both Talyn John and Moya John...no difference. She considers them the same guy.

Think back to Fetal Attraction, where Aeryn goes into her 'tale' about a lover (can't recall his name) but then admits/lies she made it up, that there was only Crichton.

They FILMED SCENES for this little flashback, folks. Farscape has never been known to stage scenes like that and NOT use them later. This lover Aeryn spoke of...she met him after DWTB.

THINK about this, people. Aeryn's FAMOUS for saying things carefully.

The 'tears' the FS producers speak of in various interviews will probably NOT be from a character dying.

Yes I have heard this before. It is possible but I think they are very unlikely to mention Talyn John.

Yeah, but in the flashbacks of "that lover," he becomes John (literally, the face morphs into John's) when she finally admits the truth -- signifying to me that she was trying very hard to maintain the lie, even to the point of trying to imagine the scenario in her head so that she wouldn't break down and tell the truth while under influence of whatever serum they were giving her. But in the end, she can't maintain it any longer.

I don't believe there was any deception in what she said to John in Bad Timing. When she said, "It's yours," I think she meant that in every sense of the word (though whether it's MJohn's or TJohn's or pre-twin John's, I don't have a theory on or consider it particularly important).

Agreed. It's not going to be mentioned so its importance is not there. We assume that it is his.

I posted on another board that I think Aeryn was using the half-truth method during her interrogation. You know, like the way John did in WSS Pt. 1 when he was being heat probed by Jenek.

I think Aeryn was talking about T-John, but not that he has come back or anything. She says when she left Moya she forgot all about Crichton. In a sense she did, she forgot about the John on Moya. I think she was talking about, in some instances, about T-John and trying to morph someone elses face onto his. However, when she finally breaks down completely she admits that her lover has only ever been Crichton, whether it be pre-twin John, M-John or T-John.
