oooohhhhh wheres the mag... i know most stores where i live dont carry it ive seen it in maybe two stores.... hmmmmm looks like i gotta go bug my mom and we can do errands (hit a book store or two..) hehehehehe i need that mag now... okay so i wanna buy anything that deals with FS: PKWARS

whsmiths I haven't heard of that store. Is that an online store? Is the cult times available here in the US yet? I know that the UK gets it several weeks before us.

Just to add it will be a couple of weeks before this mag hits the US as it's only just come out this week in the UK. :) Oh and WHSmiths is a UK large newsagency type store-kinda like Barnes and Noble. I think you must have it in the US because they have a mini one in the Hilton hotel at Burbank-to say it made us Brit's laugh out loud at that is an understatement! :lol Thought we'd find a nice US store and found Smiths instead :lol

Yep we do for alot of the mags because they are published here and Uk based. Starburst,CultTimes,Dreamwatch,TV zone and SFX are all Uk mags and come out here first. Also when the Farscape mag was being printed that also came out here first because again it was a UK based mag. :)

hmm the only place i can think of that may have it is borders. (we have barens and noble on the other side of the damned state) cuz i know when i was at the MOA there was a B&N there and wondered over to the mags and saw the older one. so perhaps the new one is out... Borders also gets things from the UK as well...

Yup as scaper4eve said some folks are avoiding everything from the mini including photos. The pic on the right is a shot from onset. Me I don't consider it much of a spoiler but I do respect those who might think it is so added the spoiler space just incase. :)

It just looks like every farscape wallpaper available except under the word Farscape Peacekeeper War is printed. There is no plot given. No new costume. No new props. It's nothing we haven't seen before.

Starlog is the only US mag I can think of besides Sci-fi mag the rest are from the UK. A store told me the mags come by ship and thats why they take so long to come to the US. We can usually count on getting the mags 3-5wks depending on the mag after they come out in the UK. Most stores only get the British imports mags on cetain dates from their distributers.

i have trouble waiting for SFX to come out each month, it unberable. just like all this waiting for new on when the mini will air in the U.K and all the waiting to see it of course.

I agree but as it's my wallpaper and it's still from the mini and I know it's spoiler material for some, I will respect their wishes. :) I have on my own site put levels of spoilerage so that people can see as much as they really want. Some don't mind seeing this sort of thing but some don't even want to see that much. I love scaperdom and I don't want to ruin Farscape for even one person if I can help it.

I can understand them being sent by sea.. magazines when bunched together way a ton! Really expensive to send by airmail when it's only paper.. :D

For anyone in the US reading this Dreamwatch #119 recently came out here. It has nice pics and a nice article. I got it at Barnes and Noble but they do not have Cult Times though. I will have to try Borders in a few weeks. Quite a drive from here. 100 miles away near my Grandmas. time for a visit.

I know this was stated in another thread but I will remind you that on July 29th I read in my Dreamwatch that issue #120 comes out in the UK and will have coverage on the mini. It is supposed to come out in the US, August 17th according to the mag. That is probably an estimate date for us here. Titan who publishes Dreamwatch, published Farscape magazine.

For those who may not be able to find Cult Times in a store near you (like me!), there is an on-line store you can order from ( www.visimag.com/vi-direct). I just ordered Cult Times #107 (August) and TV Zone #178 & #179 (July & August) for $6.99 U.S. each + $6.00 shipping (airmail). Although they say it may be up to 28 days before they mail them. I think they do. I used a credit card, but the statement on my receipt said, "All checks and money orders sent by ordinary mail must be made out to "Visual Imagination Ltd." There's probably instructions on how to send MO's when you place the on-line order. It might take longer than a credit card since they'll probably have to wait till the MO gets to them in the mail(?)
