I just watched (again) full Season 1 from my Kult-Tv Limited Edition BoxSet (http://www.kult-tv.co.uk) , and first time I did notice something strange: Some episodes are in wrong order.

In BoxSet episodes 2 to 5 are in this, wrong, order:

2. Throne For A Loss - Should be ep 4
3. Back And Back And Back To The Future - should be ep 5
4. I, E.T. - should be ep 2
5. Exodus From Genesis - should be ep 3

also 12. The Flax and 13. Rhapsody In Blue have switched places, should be Rhapsody in Blue at 12. and The Flax at 13.

It's not a big problem, these episodes are not related to anothers, but rather anoying if you wanna watch it in real order to switch DVD's....

Does anyone have explanation for this strange "feature". Has those episodes aired or filmed in that order?

They were aired in the order they're presented on the dvds.

There is something else wrong in my Limited edition S1 DVD set... ;)
In second DVD pack there is minor typo "DND mad scientist" and episode "thank god it's friday...again" is marked as 1.02 tho' it should be 1.06.

But.. its minor...

Not only with yours, typos like "DND mad scientist" and something else (I don't remember now, 'cause I'm not at home and can't check at the moment) are in my Limited edition S1 DVD boxset, too. I wrote Contender about it immediately after buying S1 Boxset and noticing it, but I don't know whether they changed it.
As for eps. 2 -5, they're in order in which they were filmed in Fox Studios in Sydney. If you read "Farscape Companion" book, the order of eps is exactly the same (Premiere, TFAL, BABABABTTF, I ET, EFG, TGIFA etc. ), I'm not sure about "The Flax" and "Rhapsody in Blue".

On the spine of the individual folder there's a typo:
"Thant Old Black Magic"
