Q's on Official FS Game. $9.99 good price? for Swag?

KB Toys' Outlet in FL, "Toy Liquidator" has the Farscape Game. I'm not a player, but thinking of buying a couple for Swag/ drawing at DragonCon.

They have 3 in stock, btw.

And if I do, what should I tell folks about this game if they get that at a drawing? I know I've seen a thread(s) on this game. Anybody have them bookmarked?

I tried searching back under "games" for 30 minutes, but there are too posts of other games to ferret out the info.

Not sure how much it will help. I dont have the game, but I heard that the highlight of the game was the fact that the actors leant their voices it.

I read the Amazon mixed reviews. Got the impression those who would want it were probably gamers who were big fans.

I'm thinking of going ahead and buying. Decent Swag item, though not the perfect game.

I think if one is not a hard-core gamer and of course, if they are a Farscape fan, they will probably like it.

But when you start comparing it to other similar games, it doesnt fair too well. But it is cool swag though.

I played the demo. As a massive Farscape fan, I was dissapointed. This game doesn't do anything to help make farscpae look good. The game itself is shoddy, the kinda thing that will populate a bargun bin untill the box gets so beaten up, that it finally gets tossed.

They had a bunch of computer games on sale through end of month (maybe their other outlets?): Buy one, get one half-price. The outlets' locations are on KB Toys website with the stores' if anyone is interested.

As a Farscape fan, the player will enjoy it. As a gamer, blah. There's nothing particularly bad about from what I've seen of the first level. But indeed the voices are the hightlight.

Plus, you friggin go around as John shooting things with a pulse pistol!!! What else could you want?
