How was Hershey Scape???

I've been looking around this morning but haven't seen anything posted yet! :rolleyes: Any pictures? :shrug:

Hershey scape sort of became Chocolate World and Dutch Wonderland scape. :D

Hershey was flooded so bad there were picnic tables floating down what was a creek but has since become a raging river. It was closed for like the 3rd time in it's history. But they gave us tickets for next year.

Chocolate World was open and so we went there and did the tour, bought obscene amounts of chocolate, and had lunch at the cafe.

Then we went to Dutch Wonderland and spent the afternoon there until it closed at 6, at which time we went across the street to Pizza Hut for dinner.

The day was a blast! We had so much fun! :joy: We can't wait to do it all again! It was great meeting other scapers and getting all decked out in our scaper gear (some of which needs to be modified since it said, "Hershey Scape 2004" LOL).

All in all, great day! :D

ETA: I took pictures, but not on a digital camera, so we'll have to wait until I finish the roll of film, but then I'll post pics! :D

I have a few pictures, including JL3 on the evil circle-y airplane ride...but I want to see the other ones first. Mine are just crummy camera phone pics.

I think the tentative date for next year is the weekend of May 6-7, because otherwise I'll be in Michigan for the summer (uck..), so you haven't missed Hershey Scape yet!

My Hoodie O Hershey needs to undergo some modifications, however....haha

tribs, UTChick and her family, blackwolf with her fiance and friend, Starzskymoon from Kansas and her mom, and me. :) So there were nine of us.

Starzskymoon and her mom couldn't stay for Dutch Wonderland, though. :( But it was great to hang out with them for the morning! :D

Dutch Wonderland as in the Lancaster Dutch Wonderland. Holy shiznit! I was at the outlets in Lancaster. :[. Mother didn't let me go to Hershey but made me shop for college clothes. haha. Hope you guys had fun!!! Im in next time. :D
