Looks like good old tropical storm Ivan is heading straight for Houston! Thought it isn't even close to the storms our Florida Scapers have had to face, and it is one of the weakest I've seen in my lifetime, things could still go south.
The last "little storm" we had was Alison, and she stayed for nearly a week and flooded half the city! It was a huge natural disaster, much worse then the last couple of hurricanes we had. And, its looking like the same senario that happened with Allison, where Ivan is going to get trapped by a High right over us.
