Check out the coloring book (http://www.random-squeegee.com/coloringbook.html) I made for Johnsgirl's daughter. She actually colored it herself. She's pretty good, even though she didn't draw a duck.
Also don't click on the Farscape link, it's not ready yet.

Maybe she felt that you didnt leave her enough room on the page to draw a duck. :)

there was room...oh, there was room.
Also, I have to point out that she drew a ferris wheel and whether it was intentional or not, one of the seats looks like it's flying off. That's great.

It's good to know that you're around this kid to demonstrate values like "lazy eyed kitties need friends too".

But he was wee. That makes any wrongdoing on his part more comical than malicious. You know like, "That little rapscallion! He just walked off with three girls without saying goodbye. How adorable!"

Yes, now let us go and grab him and stuff him in a locker
I knew a guy like that in school. We called him "PeeWee"... no.. not the same one.

Is there such a thing as adult coloring books? And I mean adult in the age sense, not porn sense.

Hey, generic, I was going to leave a comment on your piece "Yessir, Arafat" but you need to log in to do so.
Basically, you said:
Geez, what's going on over there? All I can picture is a bunch of people huddled over this guy's bed, and he keeps sitting up, then falling back down. Then they start to walk away and he sits back up again.
Just reminds me of a skit on MST3K :D

I wish MY county fair had a "dunk something" booth. :(
And, poor Fatty the Mutt with a bandaged right arm. I wonder how he hurt it?

Just a subtle reminder to the kids that playing with an axe is bad. I'm a good teachy guy. Um...teacher. Yeah. One of those.

i went to a Fourth of July fair when I was a kid, and they had a "dunk Elvis" dunk tank. :D

Actually, come to think of it, perhaps young miss was one-upping you and showing you that when you are a duck and play with an axe, it's a really, really, really bad idea. Even badder than when Fatty the Mutt does it... Ducks don't have opposable thumbs, you see... One slip, boom, you're out of the coloring book and onto the "crispy fried duck" portion of the takeout menu.

I wish I had a coloring book when I was a kid that told me playing with Axes was a bad Idea, then I wouldn't have ended up Chopping down trees in women's clothing as an adult.

g_s, is Steve Crayon your creation?
generic_screenname
11-15-2004, 08:35 PM
Yup. And Evilkins, too.
I'm sure there's hundreds of anthropamorphic crayon characters that were around before the one I made, but mine's the only one named Steve as far as I know.

Okay, the sky, borders and the Steve Crayon insets were colored by me via Photoshop, but the rest of it is all here, even Cowboy Frog's plaid shirt. She's really good for a six year old.
She's really good at drawing Squidward, too. I showed her how. Although she watches so much Nickelodeon I wouldn't be surprised if his image was burned into her little retnas.
