Awesome episode! Definitely one of my favorites. The scene at the end...the tongue and the kiss...and she smiled! Ah! Even after seeing it several times, I still love the end. This anyone's else's favorite ep?

It's not my favorite episodes, but it is one of my favorite endings of an episode. It really is a spectacular moment for J&A fans (like myself) when the scene takes place and we learn that they are genetically compatible. Really puts an exclamation point on the whole trilogy.

i love these eps, and the kiss at the end, its fantastic, cos you can see how worried they are about taking the stuff and then the relief. The first time I watched it I actully held my breath waiting for her to turn round so we find out how it went.
And its near symatery ( i know i can't spell) with the begining of the first of these 3 eps, is great!!

I love seeing J&A do the "taste" test. It's definitely in my top 10. I can watch this episode now and say...oh, Aeryn just wait. In a couple more cycles you're going to have a beautiful baby boy with John! :D

It's of my favorite episodes too, though mostly due to Cargn, even though he's not anywhere near as cool as any of the later Scarrans. I thought that each episode in the trilogy was better than the one before it. The first and larger half of the second to last scene, I thought was one of the best, if not the best of the entire series, although the second half wasn't as good.

This is entire series is one of my favorites.
The kiss is great, but what really gets me is the scene before that. When John has to give up his daughter. The whole scene is powerful.

John lightly touching the shoulder of the princess, then walks out without breaking stride.

"You take care of my little girl."

That line sends shivers down my back and tears in my eyes.

Then they hit you with that kiss scene.

Man, this is the best show ever.

There are so many little wonderful moments in it. One that is just lovely is the conversation between John and D'Argo in the bedroom. D'Argo has that poignant little speech about how maybe John has only just discovered his true destiny. You can really feel John's sense of utter lonliness and homesickness. And then to have it followed up the the "best man" exchange...priceless!

I like the LATP set but I think Won't Get Fooled Again, Terra Firma and Revening Angel are my absolute favorites.

I just watched the LATP trilogy for the first time and enjoyed it. The first episode definitely had the most plot twists and I think I liked it the best. But the conclusion was cool too.

I just couldn't figure out what Aeryn went rockclimbing and why the PK spy chick too John off into the woods just to have sex with him.

But my big question is, what does the PK spy chick do in the end? The last line I remember is: "wait 5 minutes and then follow me." I was expecting a big scene with John, her and the empress, but we never see her again. What happened?

Yes you do. John walks in on the empress, Jenavian and the prince's body. Jenavian is the one crying over the body and storms out of the room after John makes a comment about him deserving it.

Brilliant scene, and the stuff with Scorpius's voice leading up to it too is brilliant.

I loved the scene at the end of Part 2 with D'argo deadpanning "And the good news?" "Chiana and I are having fantastic sex". Gets me every time :)
