PKW is #4 on the Sci-Fi fantasy pre-order list only behind LotR and 2 ahead of SG-1: S7!
The Starburst Vol. 2 editon is #13!
Season 1, Set 1 is #24!
Season 4, Set 5 is #48!
This is a good thing, huh?

Also - a question: I ordered PKW and the 1st Starburst thru Creation, but why don't I see Vol. 2 on the Creation website is Amazon is pre-ordering it?
ETA: Ok, so it seems this Season 1, set 1 is actually The Starburst Vol.1 under a wrong name. They list Vol. 2 correctly, but this one is not. How do we get Amazon to change it?

Actually, it's #4 for all DVDs:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/earlyadopter/browse.html/ref=cm_ea_pl_center_storelist_4/103-7590378-5423866?%5Fencoding=UTF8&filterID=-1&categoryID=10
But those figures are for "early adopter products" - so not ranked for pre-order sales number alone, but what's deemed to be "newest and coolest" on the basis of purchase patterns.
So no laurel-resting, folks! ;) We need more rave reviews, rating and recommendations to make sure the overall sales are good!

Way to go. I love those numbers!
In the long run, does it matter where you get your DVD's? Is Amazon watched more than other retailers? I already pre-ordered Vol 2 thru Deepdiscount, but to push up Amazon's numbers I don't mind paying an extra few bucks, if necessary, when I order the future volumes. Are numbers, numbers regardless?
To answer my own question, I think next time I will go thru Amazon just because I wanna see Farscape move up their chart, and I'll feel like I've done my part. :)

It doesn't matter although some (big) retailers might be able to market it better if they see things going great. But I'm no expert. :)

Hmmmmm....very good question? I wonder if we can prooke Mediasavant to answer? MS always seems to know the most obscure stuff bout how the media works....
And I'm with you, I would be willing to pay a few $$$ more to bump up the numbers and raise awareness.

Now it's the #3 Early Adopter for sf/fantasy! (Still #4 for all DVDs).

Okay, back to #4 again. Still only topped by LOTR, though.
