It's interesting that some of that stuff did come to pass, though maybe not exactly. Real Christmas tree purchases are down for the fake ones, mp3 players are a type of pocket computer (especially with new features they have for organization and whatnot).
While the video phone isn't really widespread right now, the internet is a suitable replacement for the electronic filament card I would think.
I do wish the leisure time predition had come true though. And it looks like space travel is finally coming, though it will be out of reach of most for about 10-15 years I would guess.
