crappy procrastination!

So there was this EPA program that I wanted to apply for. A 2 year stint that would lead to a permanent position with the agency. It was posted last week, with a deadline of tomorrow. Well, I put off filling out my application because I needed to find out what my GS (government pay scale) number was from when I interned at the USGS. When I finally got everything together to apply for this thing last night, I realized that I needed to not onlly fill out the application and write two essays, but I also needed to submit a snail mail package containing transcrpits from every school I've atteneded and two letters of reccomendation, postmarked no later than tomorrow. And there is no way I can get transcripts from three schools and any letters of reccomendation by then! I should have known. I mean, it's the government. :pissed:

So yeah, I'm a little dissapointed. And kicking myself for putting it off. sigh.

yeah, I'm just mad at myself for not having this ready sooner. I mean, you really have to just have everything ready to go before they even announce the opening.

the up side is now you know other stuff like that will appear and you will be ready... and it will be even cooler! ;)
