This is so sad i got a little choked up when i heard it on the radio. :(
A little girl had to call 911 when a guy walked into their home and killed her mom and dad because he thought they turned him in to the police on drug charges. but it was another couple that had done it. Really sad 911 call. you can read the story here:

"Deputies believe he broke into the Hernlen home, which is just outside city limits, shortly before 3 a.m. and shot the couple as their daughter slept in the next room. Johnson then returned to his Swan Avenue residence and killed himself, deputies said."
Why didn't he just skip a step in that process?

i know, this is so messed up. becuase this idiot thought they had told on him he left a little girl without a mother and father. and for her to have to see that is crazy, i can't begin to imagine that. When got me the worst was when she said something along the lines of "I said mommy, daddy... but they wont answer me". OMG i had a lump in my throat.

Poor little sweetheart! She's in my prayers as I type.
As for the dispatcher, I couldn't imagine being the one to answer that call. Bless her and all the folks who took care of that little girl and face those situations every day.
I think I'm gonna go hug my kid, now.

This was heart wrenching. This 5 year old baby has no idea what she has found, and will have to grow up knowing that she was the one that discovered them.
I'll be holding my little boy close this evening.
