In case you haven't seen it yet, I am currently compiling a Con Book for Rockne which we are going to give to him next weekend at I-CON.... Now... how pathetic would showing up with only 9 messages on 5 pages be! Please people, that can't be all you can come up with!

As many as I can get! The album I bought to put the messages in comes with 50 empty pages. Now, I don't expect to fill them all, but 5 is pathetic! Well, actually I am up to 6 now, and I hope (which is probably wishful thinking) so at least get 10 pages of messages! 15 would be better, 20 would be abso-frelling-lutely awesome (but also probably not realizable... is that a word? :lol )

I got it, scape_medic. Hey, did you get a close-up look at my current layout? :lol Yours fits perfectly with the rest! But then... planets, stars and solar systems as layout themes are not that much of a far fetch either :lol

And here I actually cut it down a bit to make it fit on one page ... If it's an odd length, I can add a few bits back in to make it a little longer ... I could expand a bit about the card exchanges ...

Actually, I have to adjust the text to the layout which I will do tonight. I know someone else sent me about half the text you sent plus a photo which I could just about fit on one page, so I know yours has to go on two pages. If you want to make a longer post, just email it to me as well and I will see which fits best on the two pages. I just know that I definitely cannot fit it on one page :D

Milaya, yes, I did get yours. It found a nice place on the page with all the other international Scaper messages :) The only area we surprisingly did not cover on earth was Oz! :lol Guess everyone down under was a little busy with Ozscape - how can I-CON possibly compete with that! ;)

Each and every one of you did an amazing job with their submissions. Some made a good laugh, some really gets one thinking (in a good way) and some were just incredibly creative in every way!

eta, some of us just get carried away and drone on and on about stuff that will probably bore the poor man to tears!! :rollin: Short and sweet is perfect, trust me. The books are really just a way of saying a personal "Hi!/Thank You!" to the cast and crew.

We have 32 submissions now (I should have not stopped by my professor's office! :lol )

Anyways, to answer your question eta_carinae, the shortest submission I got was 4 words, the longest 3 pages (yes, triple of what you sent me, kechara :D ) I still have to figure out how to get *that* message into the con book! :lol Maybe I'll just print it as it is and put it in at the end.... Or mess with the template layout I have set up pretty bad :D Whatever the result is, I *will* end up getting to 30 pages! And Monday I was sitting on 8 submissions and though I'd never get past the 10! :lol

You can still send me submissions until say 1am EST tonight if you want to be included in the con book. I cannot guarantee for anything to be included that gets to me between 1am and 10am Friday, and I CANNOT include anything that gets to me after Friday 10AM EST (cuz then I'll already be on the road :) )

Someone actually did that (I think that person spent at least an hour going through the dictionary and looking up all those words :lol ) Some people were amazingly creative and sent me complete collages to include (and they all were awesome!) so if you can't think of something to write, maybe you can do something graphic like ;) Whatever you want to submit is fine since it will show that you think of Farscape :)

And on a side note, if you really wanna send something, I need it before 1am EST tonight.
