REALITY CHECK...
We ( The Dept of Work and Pensions) failed to meet this target.The figures they use are including people they have only just sent claim forms to,who havnt actually applied for it yet ,and those who are actually receiving the money each week.They also include those who 'could ' have be eligible but there savings are too high and therefor dont qualify.They will be removed from the stats at a later date
its amazing how business' can manipulate figures to pat themselfs on the back eh?

The rumours are that he may call a general election for May...

Prime Minister Went to the Queen and ask for Parliament to be disolved yesterday, and it was announced that an election would be held on May the 5th.

We are going to get deluged with Party Political Wrangling on TV as it is and as this boards announced TOS stated, politics has been "banned" as it becomes too inflammatory and quickly dissolves into personal grudges, not the designed purpose of this board.

As a UK scaper, I would ask that politics, including the UK election is not discussed here.....but thats just me
