View Full Version : Need Help on how to exchange a defective DVD

Hey guys, I purchased all the 3 Starburst Editions and pre-ordered the 4th Volume, now the 1St Volume played well with no problems, but now while watching "Rhapsody in Blue" on Vol 2 disc 1 side b, the playing got jammed are around minute 38, I tried on both my DVD player and my PC and no help.

Now I wanted to get some advice on how do I reaplce the defective disc, Should I contact ADV or Amazon from which I ordered the DVD from, Also I live in Israel, so in terms of shipping i'm screwed :(

I'd say contact ADV directly but be prepared to wait a while for your replacement. And don't even think about calling them. I've tried over the last month or so to get a CSR on the phone and noone in their office seems to want to answer the phone except the poor receptionist guy who took the brunt of my frustration. I suggest emailing them as they do respond to that.

BTW my volume 3 was defective and after about 5 weeks of waiting after sending it back they finally got me my replacement and it works fine. Their return paperwork says the process can take 2-8 weeks.
