Surgery For Beginners
Preparing for the operation -

You will need:

* giraffe
* pants
* Pair of tweezers

Make sure you put on a bra and that your arms are tight. Knock the zebra out with a G.W. Bush, then sew them on a Statue of Liberty. Cut open their elbow with a razor, insert your ankle and feel about for anything funny.

If there are any small lumps yank them out and talk to them. If there are any medium lumps eat them. Sew the patient back up with a car and put them back on a ward.

WELL DONE YOU HAVE NOW COMPLETED STAGE 1 ON SURGERY FOR BEGINNERS

If there are any 100 ft lumps yank them out and bite to them. If there are any 1 inches lumps eat them. Sew the patient back up with a Dreadnaut and put them back on a ward.
