Residents of a village in central Russia are trying to solve the mystery of a lake that disappeared overnight.
...
The discovery was made by local fishermen when they arrived at the lake early in the morning.

"I looked and there was no water. I thought: Oh my God, what's going on?"

Whoa, that's freaky. Now I've seen my glasses disappear, but I found out that was because of my dog. Bad lake! C'mere!

apparently the Americans have some awesome ability to make lakes disappear....
