On a semi-related note, I'm back from my too-long time without a computer and/or tolerable internet connection. I have a new computer and a wireless connection that unfortunately is a bit temperamental, but still faster and more reliable than dial-up. So MotorWerk, I know exactly how you feel.

Alexxia, you might want to try changing the channel your router is operating on. Sometimes you get interference from a neighbor's wireless connection or even a cordless phone as they can operate on the same frequency. I had to change the channel 7 times to find one that's reliable. Directions should have come with the documentation for the router.
