I'm so frelling Happy to find St. Louis Scapers. I thought I was the only one in the midwest. We need to get together and have a Farscape chainreaction w/out Sci-Fi channel. And see if we are missing any idea's about the get the 5th season of Farscape on.

I live about 1.5 hrs from St. Louis in Cape Girardeau. I also know of two other scapers in Kirkwood. I'd definitely be up for the drive for a rally or something.

I found you cheeeky8. I talked to you the other day about the book signing at Barnes and Noble, but I was not sure if you have found someone to go with since then. I'm free so just let me know, now I have not read the book, but have enjoyed many of his characters.
If we do get organized in St. Louis, I will try and make sure that we keep you updated and invited to anything that might happen. Let me know about Sunday?

The more people we can get together in St. Louis, Cape and Springfield, IL, themore likely we can get some media attention.
Plus it would be great to be with other people who feel so passionately about Farsape..Anyway I'm falling asleep at the computer talk to you all later

. . . then you will be known as a miracle worker! I lived there for a while; for everyone not in Central Illinois, Springfield (the one caricatured by Matt Groening in "The Simpsons") is demographically the third "most average" city in the US.

Anything not smack dab in the center of the bell-shaped curve has a tough time existing there.

Just picking 3 episodes out of 77. Talk about hard. My problem is I have favorites but they would not explain the story to someone new. So finding 3 episodes out of the 4 1/2 seasons. I would pick from the first season Premiere, then Family Ties, season finale of one. Season two for fun Crackers Don't Matter, having trouble picking between The Locket and Liars, Guns, & Money Part 3: Plan B, and a must Die Me, Dichotomy. Season three Eat Me so they know about the two Crichton's, Infinite Possiblities Part 2: Icarus Abides, Revenging Angel because it does have a great story line but is funny as hell, and Dog with Two Bones. Season four Crichton Kicks, Promises and Unrealized Reality. I only picked 12. Maybe you can narrow it down. Or if you have the Farscape Undressed for Season Two and Three that would explain a lot. Even with 12 I know that I have missed episodes with key arcs for the entire series. gil sorry if I wasn't much help. :(

Now seriously do people in St. Louis and surrounding area's want to get together?? Get things organized, hell it would just be fun to talk about Farscape, and see what would be the best way to get attention in the Midwest.

I'm recovering from surgery so I have some time to spare maybe to help organize things(organizing is something I'm great at) for the most impact.

But I just don't know if anyone is really interested, if not I will keep on doing what I'm doing but I would rather be with other Scapers. Let me know.

Sorry I'm just now getting back. I think my computer is frelled. I can't get to any of the boards. Been trying Kansas all day along with this one and I keep getting ERROR messages. Anyway, the signing on Sunday.. I had planned to go with a girl from work but we've heard that it's going to be packed! I really liked Bruce's book and I've seen a few of his shows but I'm not enough of a fan to fight a horde on a Sunday afternoon. LOL! So I'm going to skip it. But thanks for the reply - I know it got buried in the old board. I'll keep checking back here to see when a rally might happen.

Gurnemanz - I'm gonna try to make some of these peeps in town into Farscape converts. :P I'm on vacation this week - already have my flyers ready to go.

Season 5 here we come!!!!!!
