View Full Version : A new storm approaching Finland

So the wind start to blow harder again and it's said that we will have a hard storm here in the morning.Many people have allready lost power.Now I wonder why our house has not lost it in the srorms.And no trees has fallen...Too lucky?
This time we jammed the satellite dish harder.I said that next time our BBQ house will fly away with it.(is on the BBQ house...)

We had a few windy days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The power was
kind of blinking off and on. Only off for a few seconds and then back on --
just enough to send the digital clocks blinking. Very annoying.
Some people had no power for a few hours, so I was lucky, and didn't lose
the satellite tv at all.

It's a little windy outside...The satellite dish seems to be holding it's position...I'm pretty sure that my parents will watch the travel channel today...

uuuh, snow....

It's pretty windy here in Lahti too. And my dog hasn't been dry for two days now because we're getting very random rains too.

It's about time winter came along. Late winters piss me off. :(

What snow?Here in Borgå it's only raining.Our roof has a nasty sound.

The forecast said that it'll start snowing next week at the latest.

Went out drinking last night and sure enough there was some snowing. It was all gone in the morning, so for a while I tought it was the Jägermeister talking, but my friends confirmed it.

Yesterday here was +10 degrees celsius.So no way any snow atleast here.But, well, I live so south

And that too close to me.Only 40 minutes drive from here...Someone and his friend too have seen snow only in their eyes...Should I get one more beer today?ONly had 4...

One time at work I was trying to lift this signpost off the ground (and the pavement) and I started seeing stars... that was scary.

After a good 5 minutes of half-passing out I realised that they come off easily if you twist them...

It's getting colder here.Full moon and bright shining stars.AND EXTREMLY QUIET!!!!

Woke up tonight and to my surprise it was -1 C with very light snowing.

This shall be a good day indeed.

Still no sign of snow here, but minus degrees.So cold infact that the bunnies water bowls were in ice.The bunnies don't mind the cold.Only Giles had build a nest.I also have bunny babies for the moment.4 cute black.It will be hard when the time comes to sell them.But there's 3 males and 1 female, can't have that many males around when they start to fight.
