Saturn Awards Question

Howdy. Does anyone know if it is possible for people who are not in the U.S. to be members of the Academy of Sci Fi & Horror that gives out the Saturn Awards every year. The ones that our beloved cast has won a few times...
I know that they are Cali based, but allow anyone from the rest of the country to join, because I'm in NY and I'm a member.
I e-mailed them two weeks ago and didn't get a response. Anyone here know? Anyone here not in the U.S. and a member?

I'm a member and I'm in the UK. They do indeed do international- it's the out of California rate iirc. I've been a member for about 4 years now and international members vote via email ballot. :)
