I never ask for much from anyone but I need some prayers to go out for a dear friend of mine. One of the girls I work with is currently in the ICU at the hospital. Yesterday, while out with her husband, she had a seizure that has left her in a coma of sorts. I havent been able to get all the details but I know that they did a scan and found a shadow that could possibly be a clot or a tumor. They are saying that she may have had a stroke. She has two young boys at home that are so scared for their mom. :(

Shes doing as well as can be expected today. Shes in and out of consciousness so thats better than yesterday. They found some bleeding on her brain and today they were going to do more tests to see if she needed surgery or not. I havent heard anything after that though. They are still not sure if any permanent damage has been done or not.

We took up a collection at work today. This is for food to be cooked for her husband and kids for tomorrow. Hes not a whiz in the kitchen so we are all making sure they have a nice meal tomorrow. :)
