Hi...

Helping a friend with a word puzzle, in which the words "stick" and "blackjack" are somehow related. The answer can be two words.

God...I suck at these things...

Wait, is gum the answer?

Cause Stars is right. That flat, black, metal thing encased in leather that cops wear is called a blackjack. A cop came into class one day and slammed it down on my desk. I can still hear the ringing. :lol

It was gum. There is/was a brand named blackjack, and gum (of course) comes in sticks.

Right, Black Jack gum was licorice flavored. I haven't thought about that in a while. Can't say I've ever had it, though. I don't think I'm old enough.

So what are the two words -- chewing gum?
