Contract Help

ok so I've got some coursework due in on friday:eek: (I know I should have done it earlier, but I'm a master at putting things off:( ), and I need to know about the benifits and constraints of these contracts:
Standard musicians, verbal, union, and self-negotiated.
These are all music industry:tunes: contracts, if that helps.

But just a couple basics......

Verbals are a no-no....... lol

Union----union musicians, union gigs, standard going rate of pay for performance.

Standard ---- generally does not include a clause to help settle disputes that may arise over payment or terms on how to settle said disputes.

Self -negotiated--- is just that. They are fine PROVIDING you remember all the "fine print" generally on these, someone always forgets something......
