And after six months I'll be getting a haircut beforehand so I can better advance on the hot bridesmaids. So I'll need your advice on some hot stylings I should consider.
And for reference,
Here's the hair I have right now

What the hell is wrong with your hair now man?
I wish mine would grow back to that. The last time I got it cut, it got choped to crap, and was damn near a mullet.
Just gel it back a little, like Matt McConohey (however you spell it)

Yeah, he has great looking hair!
If you wanted something like this you'd just have to cut some of your sideburns and gel your hair back. Maybe a little trim.

Your hair looks great the way it is. This coming from a 56 year old woman. :)

Yeah, my hair was all cut to crap, and I was looking for a way to have it, when I watched a Kate Beckinsale (2nd hottest woman on the planet) movie called Tip Toes that had him in it. I saw his hair geled that way, and just copied it.
The front of my hair is finally kind of back, but I do miss my beard.
Hell, I still miss my Corey Taylor style hair from a year ago.

trim it so its neater round the front, and lose about an inch and a half from the back.

If that were true, then I must be getting married to my own second cousin!

At least you can grow a Goatee, someting I can't do. Got a big ass scar on my chin. Can't grow a full beard because of a scar by my mouth.
My only real option is a Lemmy/HHH beard, which looked wicked awsome!
Just take your hair someplace safe, and actually watch what they are doing. Mullets are bad!

 Watch who, my hair?
Anyway, there was this "culture shock" event at the dorm halls that I used as a control group. Things didn't go so well, but now I have something to compare the experiment with when I have a new haircut & suit instead of black overcoat and homeless hairdo.

Watch the barber. Like I said, I wasn't paying attention, and almost got treated to a skullet that MacGyver would be proud of.

I always am wary on going to any hair cuttery place. They thought I wanted to hack my hair off. You would be looking at a DRD with a shaven head! O_O

Oh baby! Bridesmaids really dig that casual "I'm way too cool to worry about my hair" look. You should make out big time.

Well, time heals all wounds, at least in the case of hair length, until male pattern baldness.

I would give a lot of consideration to going clean shaven, tightening up the sidburns and the trim of the the hair... simply because, I know more than a few women who like that "hot, scruffy" look, but who will not ACTUALLY get within miles of a guy with one... they like the idea of it, but not the practice... You want to make yourself known to a wide spectrum of bridesmaids and yes :lech: their friends, so don't put any off... find one you like and you never know... she may like a gotee once she gets to know you. heh. Seems like women who like face hair, will also be interested in a guy without... women who hate it? Will not look twice...
best of luck, mate... oh, and learn the basic moves of the tango. you may find yourself in demand
ETA: unless of course this happened in the past... and then? how'd it go?

Just keep your hair how you like it. What women want changes every couple of months.
I refuse to do that metrosexual, gel your hair, wear pink crap.
If you want a guy that get's his nails done and frosts his hair, they are called gay men, you can find them everywhere.

I would just get it trimmed up a bit. The length is a bit long right now so just a bit of a trim and maybe some layering for some body and trim back the side burns you would be HOT!! Bridesmaids would be lining up.... ;) ;) ;)
