Starburst Edition 2.3 - single-sided discs

I got home from work to find not only 2.3, but 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 waiting for me. Woohoo! It's Christmas in July!!! Sleep?!?! Who needs sleep!?!?!

Anyway, I ordered them all from Deepdiscountdvd.com. Everything is single-sided.

Now excuse me, I have to start watching!!! The last episode I saw was "The Ugly Truth" so I have 5 more to go to finish the season.

The energy I spent with Deepdiscountdvd.com on the phone requesting them to pull the starburst editions for season 1 and 2 and change the info they had on the site from the old (inaccurate) 2 double-sided DVDs to the 4 single sided DVDs----I can't tell you how many phone calls it took. But they changed it for me eventually. (I already have all the DVDs but I hated the idea that anyone wouldn't buy the series because of what they'd heard about bad quality double-sided DVDs!)

I already own the complete Farscape collection on DVD in a mix of region 2 and region 4 box sets. Anyway I have recently been considering the idea of picking up selected starburst editions from season one and two, specifically for the extras especially the audio commentaries which I don't already have. Having heard about the bad quality double-sided DVDs for the first two seasons I have been reluctant... So thank you for your post I will almost certainly pick a few of these early starburst editions up from my collection, some time after I finished my current re run and start the next one!
