Well, as much as I would like to stay up and finish watching season 2, that ain't gonna happen.

I gushed already about The Locket in my last post, but I thought I'd add that the commentary by Ben Browder and Claudia Black is wonderful, as always. (I originally saw The Locket thru Netflix, which doesn't have the commentary.) I can't tell you how much I wish I could find interviews with Ben and/or Claudia. It seems that all the links I find contain spoilers for seasons 3 or 4 or The Peacekeeper Wars.

The Ugly Truth - I liked this episode. Very interesting to see the different points of view and see who was trying to protect someone else...or not, as the case may be. And then there's the tantalizing mystery of Talyn and Crais. What happens next for them? Did Aeryn keep the control link to Talyn? (The one Crais removed from his neck.) Don't worry folks. I don't expect or need answers. Just thinking aloud.

A Clockwork Nebari - Liked it. Drugged/spaced-out versions of D'Argo and Aeryn were fun. You hear the phrase, "rip your eyes out" on shows sometimes, but you never think you're actually going to witness it. Well, think again! And having Rygel yelling, "I am not a puppet!" Damn, I love Farscape!

Stock up on the kleenex. And make sure you have a pillow to hug and/or hide behind when things get tense.

I would have to say that I liked " The Locket " with and without the commentary. It is a great episode. I am a John / Aeryn shippy ( as I recently found out ) , so that is one reason I would love this episode. It focuses on the two main characters. Perhaps I am not alone in my appreciation of John and Aeryn ? . And the fact that John goes to rescue Aeryn, and ends up getting old, himself. He predicted it when he left Moya and told D'argo that is the worst that could happen. . . well, it did happen.
And then when he returned with Aeryn, and she was dead, I get so sad, I wanna cry. It is so sad to see the sadness of John as he is holding her. It shows how much he REALLY, TRULY loves Aeryn ( I wish that was the case with everyone in real life. That we would all love each other as John and Aeryn do. )
And then I turn my head when I see the " Ugly Truth " . I can't stand to see the faces of these people as their faces are melting . But I look up when I see anyone of the Moyans speaking. So it is NOT one of my favourites.
But then the next episode in this thread that you want us to comment about is " The clockwork Nebari " . I love that episode very , very much. It is one of my favourites . I love everything about it. The parts when John is with Chiana. And he is telling her that his thoughts are as dirty as ever . And when she realized that he wasn't kidding, it came as a relief to her . ( as we were saying in another thread about this episode. . . I think he was boinking her from behind. Just to prove himself to her . I saw his hand reach down, and I heard the sound of leather getting rubbed . Then we see his hand come back up to hold Chiana's arm that is held in chains. ) The whole thing about John reminding us that he calls the evil Nebari " Debbie Harry " . He is dancing into Chiana's cell with " gonna getcha, getcha, getcha " . Ben Browder is so cute when he does that. Everything about this episode , right up to the very end, I love it!!! It is a great performance by Ben Browder , and Gigi Edgley .
