WGA Strike is Over!
From the United Hollywood blog: (http://unitedhollywood.blogspot.com/)
"This was sent today to WGA members from Presidents Verrone and Winship:
On Tuesday, members of the Writers Guilds East and West voted by a 92.5% margin to lift the restraining order that was invoked on November 5th. The strike is over. Writing can resume immediately."
Read about it on CNN.com (http://topics.cnn.com/topics/writers_guild_of_america), or any major news page, or any of the related links in my sig below.
In case anyone has forgotten why this is important here :) We can't have new Farscape, including webisodes, unless writers can write new Farscape. There are far more ramifications, which I will let far better-informed folks than me discuss, but it's done.
(I'm betting by the time I click on "Submit New Thread" someone else will have posted the news. Ah well, only one way to find out....)
