Money to Help Cast Members.

Can someone please tell me, when I donate money to Beyond Hope, is any of this going to the correct parties to help pay for the cast to come over to Atlanta???? I know many people who have donated here in the last few days and we are all thinking that this goes to help bring the cast over next week. Is this the case? If not, where should we be sending our money.

I am pretty sure that none of the money you donate to the Beyond Hope fund would go towards buying tickets for the cast members, Emeraldcity. I think the Beyond Hope fund is more for advertizing and to handle other publicity-related issues.

If you want to donate money for the plane tickets, you should go to this thread:

and see the first message, to find out how. There are two ways to donate :) I'm not sure how to find out if they already have enough money, or not. You should probably e-mail Ms. Kiernan to find out.

This is where the confusion lies then. I personally know several people who have donated here thinking it was going to help the cast. In looking at the other post you supplied it is pretty confusing........ Any way to make this a bit clearer...... ???

Might want to head over to savefarscapecentral.com for the cast fund. I know Barb is helping run that.

This is just for ads and publicity funds I think.

katyaz and WhiteLight are correct, the Beyond Hope fund is NOT the same as the Cast Gas Fund to get Gigi, Lani, and Paul out to Atlanta for the rally there on October 5th. In order to donate to that fund, go to the http://www.savefarscapecentral.com website. It's being coordinated through PKBarbarella and her site.

None of the money from the Beyond Hope fund (which is through the farscape.wdsection.com website) is going towards that Cast Gas Fund for the events in Atlanta on October 5th. If anybody has mistakenly donated money to the Farscape:Beyond Hope fund, which is going towards advertising and publicity for the campaign, please contact Deneba at deneba@attbi.com and it will be returned.

There is no room for a separate FAQ link, but it is included in the general FAQ, linked at the bottom of the home page.

There is also a link in the first message of the Beyond Hope Fund thread pinned near the top of the bulletin board. Hope that helps.
