Official time of the rally is 1-5pm.

We'll be meeting in front of the Henson Studios and then walking about 8 blocks to Mann's Chinese Theater. (The studio is located on the La Brea Ave. between Sunset and Fountain. It occupies the original Charlie Chaplin Studios and with a green frog on the roof, Kermit, it is hard to miss.)

Parking can be found east of La Brea on De Longpre and Detroit and other side streets.

Driving instructions will be posted later.

Note: There is a movie being shot in front of Mann's Chinese, but the sidewalks are still open. There have been lots of people hanging around watching the action, so there should be plenty of opportunity to hand out flyers.

If you are planning to attend, please e-mail Farscaper555@hotmail.com

Thanks.

Too bad that instead of Atlanta the cast members could have come to the LA area where all the entertainment reporting is based out of and the big time TV execs are all living.

But I guess that would have made sense... right?

I don't begrudge them going to Atlanta. They organized and raised the money to get the cast over to the States.

They approached me about having the cast stopping in LA, but the logistics couldn't be worked out with their schedules.

Musicalgal! I just sent you and email to your hotmail-account, but I'll post here, too, just in case.

I'm trying to get my video-camera ready to make get some footage of the rally today, looks like Fox newschannel is interested but wants the work done for them ;)

Anyways, I only just read the message asking for footage, so my batteries aren't fully charged. They're charging now, but I might be late for the rally.

If there is any change of plan regarding going towards Chinese Theater, please give me a call on my cell-phone (I email my number to you).

See you there :)

or whatever it is that they are called. I don't own a digital camera so I don't know the lingo.

Anyway, there are bound to be people out there that did some of these. I would think that a group of assorted clips that could be emailed to the TV stations either individually or someone with some talent could string them together as a single unit and then send them to the stations would be a good idea.

Since it's digital, the studios should be able to easily transfer it to the format of tape or digital system that they are currently using.

Tiriel, you seem to have connections with people of the same mind, so I pass this idea over to you to run with.
