new to farscape

i have just recently gotten into farscape after searchng for something to watch on netflix and have to say this is the best program i have ever seen

i am almost done with season 3 and for some reason netflix dont offer season four so it looks like i am gona be purchasing it

i was wondering does peace keeper wars come after season 4 and the 3 books amazon offers are they the comics or something different?

i am trying to find ways to keep my farscape fix going

PKWars does come after Season 4 and some of the Farscape graphic novels(which are canon by the way) take place after PK Wars or between Season 3 and 4.

I would recommend buying the whole series on DVD (not just Season 4) because if there is any show that gets better with a rewatch it is Farscape. And the price really isn't that much more if you look around for a deal.

That it does. I really enjoyed it the second time around, and am currently considering another rewatch.

PK Wars isn't usually packaged with the Megaset, so you'll want to purchase that separately. (I got one from Amazon for $8)

thanks for the response i order season four from amazon cause i didnt want to wait till i had funds to order complete set ill get those in the coming months tho i was shocked at how season 3 ended and cant wait to see how season four goes (hoping for the happy ending i wanted in 3)

i am surprised that this show didnt last longer it is far better than any trek show i have watched and has to be the only show to draw me in so close

ill grab peace keeper wars next then start on the books

the books you mention are they different than the comic books or are they the comic books wrapped up in one book

I got the Farscape megaset and I have now watched ALL of Farscape for probably the 5th time. I have seen Seasons 1 & 2 many more times. I still have Peacekeeper Wars to watch. After that I may just start all over again
at the beginning. Farscape never gets old.

As I am sure you have already read on the forum I would highly recommend importing the British region 2 of the peacekeeper Wars. Not only does it have more extras the feature is spread over two discs giving it better picture quality.

Hi, another new member . . . but not new to Farscape! I watched it when it first showed up on Sci-Fi channel oh so many years ago! I did just get the complete series on DVD from Amazon and I lucked out with a good deal of $57.99!! I am almost finished rewatching Season 2 . . . my holiday watching!

Welcome to the forums unskilled - hope you feel at home. Got any questions just let us know - we're a pretty good bunch (or so we like to think!).

As just about everyone else has said, there are new comics / graphic novels. Also, each season, plus the PKW and the comics, have their own subforum. Have a look at them if you want to ask specific questions.

You sound like you're doing pretty well so far - it's a shame netflix only has up to season 3. Still, there is that nice new boxset out...

In any case, you've still got season 4, the Peacekeeper Wars mini-series, and then the comics to look forward to. Even though you can read the three D'Argo comic series before season 4, you are best just watching season 4, then the Peacekeeper Wars, before getting into the comics.
