new monthly Farscape comic debuts in April

Farscape: Scorpius #0, the first of a new monthly Farscape comic, will be published in April, plotted by Rockne S. O'Bannon, scripted by David Alan Mack, with art by Mike Ruiz.

By the way - did I mention that I am totally loving Raxil? Especially the scene where she says to D'Argo:

"Oh, come on, you wouldn'ta really ripped my head off, wouldja? Eh? You were just kiddin' around, right? (long pause that takes up two non-speaking panels). Movin' on..."

Trust me, Scorpius could not be in better hands. Dave is an excellent writer -- in fact, I was the one who recommended him for the gig -- he knows the show as well as I do, and the scripts he's done so far have killed.

And glad you're liking D'Argo's Quest. I had waaaay too much fun writing that. :D

Just gotta say, I saw the designs at work this morning (quickly check the 'net there) and saw IO9's blacked-out version of the cover. I instantly thought Scorpy, but just before checking it now I was wondering about a Young Scorpy series, like the recent D'Argo's Trial.

Now though, we're going to have a Scorpius story that continues from The Beginning Of... which is pretty good.

I also recall the cover had what looked like the female Scarran from Incubator as well, which also lead me to think Young Scorpy...

Quick question - is this going to be the next in the "main comic" series (after Tangled Roots #4) or taking over after D'Argo's Quest finishes?

No, this is a new monthly series that will take the second slot once D'Argo's Quest finishes.
