Thank god for that! I was starting to think that I was the only one.
Are you contributing to the Save Farscape campaign in any way? I kind of feel a little helpless at the moment, being so far away from the Neilson ratings.
Any ideas for hooking fellow Scots onto the programme? In many ways, I think it has a very Scottish sensibility!

Ah, er, well, you see...
OK - I admit it. I was active for the first week or so (even to the extent of ponying up the cash to TELEX SciFi), but I haven't really been doing much recently. I've had plans to, but there's many a slip 'twixt cup and lip...
I have contributed cold hard cash to the various funds, which I reckon is one of the more productive things that we Euroscapers can do. I'm just not that great at writing letters.
The main problem I have is that there's just so many good causes that I should be contributing to, I just can't prioritise and end up doing nothing for any of them. If I were to list all of the various letters I should've written, the list would be longer than any of the letters themselves. And while I know this may be heresy here, if I'm honest I don't think that saving Farscape is as important as trying to avert WWIII, or hanging onto some basic civil liberties, or reforming local democracy, or any number of other literally life-and-death matters that I'm not doing anything about either... I'm a radical political inactivist! ;)
I was planning on doing some flyers for Forbidden Planet in Edinburgh and the Heriot Watt Uni (I work 'round there), but I haven't as yet.
BTW, where are you based?

In Edinburgh too. Sent e-mails signed petitions, posted at Buffy boards I inhabit, to keep Farscape at the fore front of people's minds. Started three people on Farscape. Not sure what more can be done here.
Nice articles in SFX magazine this month. Hopefully that'll put a few more people onto to the fact that Farscape's been cancelled. You'd never know from the fecking BBC. Two episodes then the usual postpone for the snooker. *sigh*

Hey Guys!
I'm new here, so a bit late to this thread, but just wanted to say I'm Scottish too- from Fife.
I was a latecomer in finding out how wonderful this show is, and wouldn't you know (just my luck), it gets cancelled. I wish we could do more- even our ratings don't matter. I hope the US can get the 2.0 rating.
