JA_shipper's rally report is now up on our site (http://www.savefarscapecanada.com) along with lots and lots of pictures if you haven't seen them already.
Watch the site for more updates as planning for our next event--at the November ConCept sci convention in Montreal--is already in the works. We're currently brainstorming ideas for things to do the convention so be sure to stop by our forum for details.

Yep, absolutely, what she said. :D
You have not seen the last of SaveFarscapeCanada's Intrepid!Events!Crew (copyrightpending ;]).
We'll be beating the Farscape Drums at CON*cept in Montreal on November 2 and there are more events currently being planned in Toronto to raise Canada's Farscape Awareness.
Hey, it's TV so good even "The Queen" approves. (You'll understand what I mean if a certain videotape ever hits the air.)
'Scapers never say die and neither do Canadians :jedi:
So, if you're interested in Farscape, and you want to join the fun, e-mail your friendly Intrepid!Events!Coordinator! (medicationpending) at crankygrrl@hotmail.com.
We also do birthdays :ewink:

Yup - the October 5th rally wasn't the end of it by any means. We at Save Farscape Canada have a few more evil tricks up our sleeves! :ewink:
Oops - did I say that out loud? Um, events! Yes. :D Events and things to do to keep Farscape in the public eye, particularly here in Canada where most people don't even seem to know what it is!
This is the only place in North America where Farscape is currently airing! We have to make noise!
Come help us spread the word! :)

Hi, I went to the toronto rally 2. and I was thinking we could give out free tapes of the show since some of us canadian scapers are going to be on TV :D Since we are going to be recognized all over Canada people just might approach us and we could give them a tape and a little leaflet to test drive the show. I know that might seem weird

Hi there! Good to see you on the Save Farscape bb's as well as the SFCanada bb's! I think the tape idea is a good one, we'll have to see who has the capabilities (and willingness) to do that kind of thing for us. :)
Oh - and on the SFC boards you asked what a VCD is (those bb's aren't letting me post right now  so I will answer you here). VCD's are essentially videodisks. You can record tv shows or DVD's onto them. It sounds like Grinlit might be able to do that kind of thing for us.

In case anyone has been wondering, and hasn't yet heard (I doubt this has been preying on anyone's mind, but you never know)... BlueShirtGuy's name is James. His very inspiring message is up on the Space (http://www.spacecast.com) website.
The urge to make sure ALL the information gets out... it's terrible...

Wow, it's been a while since we updated this! Well there have been lots and lots of updates to the site since October 24th... including a Canadian media contacts page, some spiffy bookmarks, and TBZF's report on the New York con.
