What: LIVE Online chat for San Diego Area Scapers
When: Monday, 10/28 at 8pm

Who: Although the chat will be run by San Diegans and focus on events in our area, all Southern California Scapers are encouraged to attend as we'd love for them to attend any events they can, and national and international Scapers are welcomed to provide insight and suggestions.
We will be discussing many plans and ideas, not the least of which is working out the schedule and wherefores of a San Diego Rally on a Saturday in early November. Other topics will include: The Make-A-Wish/TwoTowers sweepstakes, the Farscape, fan-made, cable commercial, special, San Diego Scapers T-shirts (possibly with artwork designed by SDScaper, ratscape of "wanted poster" fame), and the possibilities of coordinating events with our neighbors in the UTs, the LA scapers.
An agenda for this chat will be up loaded the Yahoo!Group for us San Diego Scapers. Please check here http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sandiegoscapers/ under "messages". The java chat access from SciFi can be found here: http://www.scifi.com/farscape/chat/. Enter a Username and Real Name and scroll down the room list until you find #sandiegoscapers. Click "Chat Now!"
If you are a little more adventurous (and would like a better chat experience) go to www.mirc.com. Click Download mIRC on the left of the screen. Install and start up the program. Enter the information it asks for. Once you are connected online type "/server irc.scifi.com". Wait until you see the Welcome to SciFi info scroll past. Then type "/join #sandiegoscapers". Ta-DAH! You're in the room. If you have any troubles connecting, e-mail me.
