Seattle Meetup (sorry for the OT)

NHFearme and myself are hosting. NH, unless you have done so already, I will contact Simpatico and let them know we are coming.

Simpatico has 3 locations in the Seattle area - we are going to the one in Meeker Square in KENT, so if you're coming, make sure you don't end up in Wallingford by accident instead. :)

Simpatico is an Italian bistro - not cheap, but good wines, average beers, and the food is tasty.

Finalized details tomorrow.

I was just sitting here thinking we WOULD like to come up, all 4 of us anyway sometime in Jan and meet with Seattle fans.
So this may become the PACIFIC NORTHWEST Regional thread.
Our OR one is too busy, but this one looks fairly roomy..
So do you mind if we all sort of strategize here on your thread?

We feel there must be hundreds or thousands of PDXers who
love FS, but few who are on the internet as a communication tool.
Let's network and share our ideas. We have some interesting guerilla marketing goin on. We decided not to post it publicly, but we could PM you about it. Seattle has the perfect cultural pieces for our tactics.

dealer's room if we get the space. Do you know if anyone in Seattle is doing something at the con?

Anyone going to the science fiction/Star Trek/angel/buffy con 2/28-3/2?
It is a Creation con and they gave a free table to savefarscape in San Diego and Burbank. We got at least one person from Pacific NW FS Fans
already going, and more might come help if we get a free table.

Have ideas for the table, but no idea if we can get a free one. Anyone up there interested in participating Sat or Sun?
