Am I missing something? I'm only seeing an article about engineered corn (or, more specifically, fines given to biotechnologists).

Inbox: Feedback from 'Farscape' fans
I'm a huge fan of "Farscape" (" 'Farscape' fans digitally deploy to save sci-fi show from death," Dec. 9) and am disappointed that the show is canceled.
I actually sent out letters last September asking the Sci-Fi Network to reconsider the decision. Right now, I'm not involved in the save-the-show project, but I am supporting them in spirit.
Thank you for your well-researched article. Hopefully it will catch the eye of some potential viewers and help boost ratings this January.
At the very least, it's very gratifying to read an article that is so balanced. A lot of the press simply copied Sci-Fi's statements into an article. I really appreciate the time you took to get the whole story.

'Farscape' feedback
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent article "Sci-Fi Network vs. the 'Scapers.' "
I've been following the Save Farscape campaign from Day 1, and your article is by far the most objective and informative I've read. I know a lot about the show and the campaign, and yet the article succeeded in informing me about a couple things.
I appreciate the inclusion of statements from our campaign's detractors, as well. It's very responsible journalism, and I feel it gives the article a great deal more credence than had it been a PR piece.

'Scaper' moves on
I used to be a "Farscape" fan until this last season. It has become a hodgepodge of episodes that seem based on LSD. It is nothing like it used to be.
I believe that most of the "Save Farscape" people need to devote that energy to something more productive.
What's sad for them is that none of the sets exist anymore. This was done in a rather selfish move by the owners to keep anyone else (even the Jim Henson Co.) from reviving the series, even in a movie.
I've moved on. It's past time.

Wow, awesome! They printed responses! I'm not sure about newspapers and stuff, but this has to be good. I mean, they don't post viewer responses about every article do they?
What impressed me is that two of the three replies (WOW, THREE!) weren't even people involved in the campaign. They weren't people we roused to write. If two of those letters got printed, they must have received many more. That means we're reaching people.
I feel kinda sorry for Mr. Lynch though, I wish he were still scaping with us. The striking of the sets, as far as I was aware, was because they would be far too expensive for anyone (even Henson) to keep in storage. They needed to be rebuilt anyway.
Love,
Scape'

Not to disappoint anyone, but Andrea Pelleschi is a well known Scaper, if not actively involved in campaigning.
I don't know who the others are.
Why would that be disappointing? There are quite a few well known 'Scapers. It's very heartening.

*shrugs* So? That just makes it more cool. Now, instead of printing one fence-sitter, one naysayer and one supporter, we have TWO supporters! Which means well...um...more supporters. Which is obviously cool!
Love,
