Kind of indifferent with torchwood, even though its off the back of one of my favorite shows (DW obviously). I think in the end it was neither adult enough or kids enough. I guess it didn't have enough conviction either way. Definately didn't get hooked in the way I thhought I would after watching the first few episodes, which promised alot, but didn''t deliver in the end.

I didn't much care for the first two series, but I thought that the third season was done well. It was an intriguing story, and I found it horrifying on many levels.

But to make a fourth series just seems wrong. The story is closed.

yes, I agree. the story was ended. more now just seems useless.
they killed it and it is dead. much as I love Captain Jack Harkness, they should just let it rest in pieces.

Steal this pitch: Torchwood / Pirates of the Caribbean cross-over - Captain Jack meets Captain Jack. I'd watch that! ;)

I'll watch it. I've enjoyed Torchwood so far (season 1 was hit-and-miss, season 2 was pretty good, Children Of Earth was very very good) and, whilst the ending of Children Of Earth did seem like a *proper* ending (and a very good one at that) I'll give any new season a shot, even if it is going to the US.
