This is the link to an article about Barry's resignation that briefly mentions Michael Jackson:

Here's Jackson's bit:
"Diller's resignation will concern former Channel 4 chief executive, Michael Jackson, whose future with the company must now be in the balance."
Well, Jackson was Diller's man at USA Entertainment.
Just thought you might like to know.

I guess this means that Diller dropped his bid to Vivendi then, right?

The only thing I've seen Diller say is that USA Interactive will not make a bid to Vivendi. Whether that means Diller is out of the bidding is another matter though. We'll have to wait and see.
Just so long as he takes Jackson with him, I'll be very happy. It maybe unfair of me, but I kind of suspect Jackson was the trigger man on Farscape.

does anyone know how exactly this will effect Farscape?
Good question. A case of wait and watch.
One thing is for sure...We must continue to keep an eye on Skiffy after Friday 'cause the brass at the top can change at the drop of a hat and we need to be there to let any new brass know that we are still here and we are still p***** .
I feel bad for Mark Stern. <<evil laugh>>.
