I can't believe it!

When I sat down to my Friday ritual of Farscape, my husband and I kept saying "I can't believe this is the last one." What an absolute shame that the BEST scifi show has been taken off the air. In fact, one of the best shows period. And when I saw the 'to be continued' piece at the end I had a faint glimmer of hope that this was all some kind of cruel joke. But no, that is not to be the case. I simply don't understand why Farscape has been taken off the air. It makes no sense. With all the junk on today can there not be one intelligent, funny, thought provoking show on? It's a shame.

I've been trying to access this since since that sad Friday and finally was able to get through. Thank you for your efforts to get Farscape back. I did write to Scifi urging them to keep the show on but just got the typical 'thanks for writing' response back. I see you have several other suggestions to get it back and I will follow up on those.

Thanks again and let's hope that by banding together we can get Farscape back.

Hey, we all know how you feel :) Particularly after the last few episodes this entire cancellation things looks like utter insanity (I'm telling you people: Mad Cow Disease IS spreading to the US! :D)

But worry not :) Most of us have long since decided that we ain't gonna take no for an answer and if SciFi is stupid enough to let such a great show go then it's their loss! And another networks gain :D

It's just a matter of time, in the worst case case we'll have to wait until SciFi burns up their rerun rights, but I'm quite sure that another channel will step up to the plate as soon as they can get the show in syndication :) Until then, we'll just keep sending letters... and other tokes of our support :D

btw: Welcome to the board! Trust me, this is a great place to find some comfort and practical suggestions as to what can be done to help :)

Thanks for the warm welcome! :hi: I'm very glad the great fans out there put that commercial together. A true tribute to the show. Like many have said here already, we gotta keep the faith and hope that all these great efforts will bring the show back.

I plan on doing some serious writing this weekend!
