HOUSTON, November 10, 2004— ADV Films has a special treat for fans of the sci-fi space odyssey Farscape. In conjunction with the upcoming release of Farscape: Starburst Edition on DVD, ADV Films is proud to announce a special online chat session with Farscape’s Executive Producer David Kemper. Joining Mr. Kemper will be ADV producer Chip Schneider, who produced many of the new extras for the Starburst Edition. The online chat is scheduled for Friday, November 12 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm CST. Join us with your Farscape questions!!



You’ll find the chat session on the ADV Films homepage. Look for a special link on the homepage (http://www.advfilms.com) on the evening of the session.



In addition to being Farscape’s Executive Producer, David Kemper also wrote many of the pivotal episodes in the series, such as the “Look at the Princess” trilogy, “Die Me, Dichotomy,” “Dog with Two Bones,” and “Bad Timing.” David also co-wrote the recent Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars with Rockne S. O’Bannon. David Kemper, Rockne S. O’Bannon, Ben Browder, and Claudia Black recently participated in recording several brand new commentaries to be featured on the Farscape: Starburst Edition DVDs.



A Leviathan starship could barely hold all the extras in the fantastic new Farscape: Starburst Edition, which includes 88 episodes in 12 volumes, brand new documentaries on the series, commentaries with the cast and crew (including 14 NEW commentaries recorded exclusively for the Starburst Edition), and behind the scenes footage that die-hard Farscape fans cannot do without. Volume one of this new, expanded, and updated edition is scheduled to hit stores on November 16, 2004.

If it's at 7pm CST, what time is it at EST? I can work out the UK time from EST but haven't a clue how many hours we are ahead of CST.

Hmm, I might have to wake up a little early and go to work a bit late, lol. (I work overnight hence the strange hours)

I think it's 10pm EST, though it could be 9pm EST, I'm not sure.

OK, I've just gone and looked it up- CST is 6 hours behind UK time. So the chat, for people in the UK is at 1am. Oh God- another late night, but well worth it. Thankfully it's Saturday the next day, and I can have a lie in.
